Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight collapsed while in court, following the judge ordering that his bail be set at $25 million.

This is the fourth time that Knight has collapsed in court. According to his lawyer, Matthew Fletcher, Knight suffers from diabetes and also has a blood clot. Fletcher also said that while he has been kept in solitary confinement, Knight hasn't had proper access to medication.

Knight was arrested in January after the red pickup truck he was driving hit two men in the car park of a fast food restaurant, both of whom were severely injured. One of the men, Terry Carter, later died from his injuries. BBC reports that his defence lawyers are arguing that it was accidental, in an attempt to escape assault himself. However, witnesses state otherwise, saying that Knight reversed again after initially hitting them.

Whilst the defense are confident that they have a strong case, Knight has previous convictions of assault with a deadly weapon and will face life imprisonment under California's three strike laws if he is sentenced at trial.
