The book treats upon the subject of Cave's tour around the states with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and is made up of poetry, prose, lyrics, musings and his encounters on the North American tour. It's an insight into the world and the mind of Nick Cave - the experiences, books, music and people who have made him into who he is today. The physical book will include copies of the sick bags themselves.

No stranger to the written word, Nick Cave has penned multiple novels and screenplays, and was the focus of 2014 semi-autobiographical film 20,000 Days On Earth. (You can read our review here). He will be promoting The Sick Bag Song with a short series of dates where he will be reading from the book, one of which will take place at London's Porchester Hall on 16 April.
Last Year, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds re-released all fourteen of their existing studio albums on vinyl, and as part of their European tour they will play a series of shows in the UK in April.
Kicking off in Glasgow on 26 April, Cave will be joined on stage by Warren Ellis, Martyn Casey, Thomas Wydler and Barry Adamson. Due to phenomenal demand, Cave and co added an extra date at London's Hammersmith Eventim Apollo on 2 May, 2015.
