Benji Madden / Paris Hilton - Okay, she's actually a spoilt little rich girl who's done a bit of modelling on the side, but that's just enough to make our list. In March 2008, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji started dating Paris (who's a good few inches taller than him). Benji even wrote a song called 'Shine Your Light' especially for her. How disgusting.
