About A Boy – Fresh from scooping the Mercury Music Prize with his debut album ‘The Hour Of The Bewilderbeast’, Badly Drawn Boy (Damon Gough) was approached to make the soundtrack by the film’s directors Chris and Paul Weitz. Gough wrote and performed every single song for the movie which appeared on an album of the same name. The author of ‘About A Boy’, Nick Hornby, listed the Badly Drawn Boy track ‘A Minor Incident’ from the soundtrack as one of the songs that has changed his life.
