Mercury Prize 2010: Nominees

The 2010 Mercury Prize will be handed out at a ceremony in London on Tuesday (September 6).

A panel of music industry judges have a shortlist of twelve albums to chose from, all of which were released over the past 12 months.

You can see the full list of nominees, who include Biffy Clyro, Dizzee Rascal, Paul Weller, Mumford & Sons and The XX, below.

Previous recipients of the Mercury Prize include Elbow, Arctic Monkeys, Suede and Dizzee Rascal.
