Kanye West has surprised fans by unveiling what he claims to be a permanent set of diamond teeth.

Appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the rapper said he had decided to get the new addition to the bottom row of his mouth because “there's just certain stuff that rock stars are supposed to do”.

Actually kanye's natural teeth got knocked out in the crash. He just replaced the fake ones that were already in his mouth. And who is using kanye? If any thing after hes done rappin he can aways fall back on producing?(who knows when that will be at the rate that Jay is goin these days) Ye is se for life.
