It may have gone unnoticed by most Interpol fans outside of America, but the band's appearance on a US chat show last week saw singer Paul Banks debut a rather interesting mohawk.
Long been the staple ingredient of any punk rocker's image, Banks' decision to adopt the mohican got Gigwise thinking about other music stars who have tried the look.
So in our latest feature, we've managed to track down a host of mohican-sporting musicians – from the obvious ones like Travis Barker of Blink-182 and Green Day's Tre Cool to the not so obvious singers like Ke$ha and The Strokes' Nikolai Fraiture.
