The E Street Band's saxophonist Clarence Clemons, has died at the age of 69.
Described as ''one of the great saxophone players'', Clarence Clemons worked with a host of musicians over his life.
Speaking about Clemons, Bruce Springsteen said: 'Clarence lived a wonderful life. He carried within him a love of people that made them love him. He created a wondrous and extended family. He loved the saxophone, loved our fans and gave everything he had every night he stepped on stage.’’
He died on Saturday (June 18) at a hospital in Florida, after suffering a stroke last week.
