Jessie J is said to be 'outed' in a new, unauthorised biography which claims the star was forced to hide her sexuality when launching as a pop star. Record label bosses felt that being openly bisexual was more 'trendy' than gay - or so the book claims.
Does it matter? Of course not. Whether Jessie J is lesbian, bisexual or a transvestite martian if doesn't make the blindest bit of difference to her music or career. Gay stars in music is no new thing and no big deal. If Jessie J is gay then she joins a long and illustrious list of gay artists who have achieved massive mainstream sucess and risen above prejudice and stereotypes.
