26 May, 2012: This weekend saw the cream of new rock and metal bands descend on Leeds and Hatfield for the 2012 double-header, Slam Dunk.
As the UK baked under the first, intense rays of summer, music fans who like it loud were partying to the sounds of headliners Taking Back Sunday, Funeral For A Friend and Gallows. But there was just as much action taking place away from the big-name stars, with some of the hottest up and coming bands also performing at the event at the North (Leeds) and South (Hertfordshire) locations.
