13 November, 2013: Vampire Weekend play one of their biggest UK headline shows to date at London's O2 Arena, supported by Noah & The Whale.
Summer may be long gone, but that didn't stop the New York four-piece bringing a ray of sunshine pop to a dark and chilly London night with their undeniably infectious indie anthems. The band impressed the vast swathes of fans that descended upon the massive O2 Arena with a career-spanning 23 song set, but don't ask us why frontman Ezra Koenig is wearing a Top Gun style military jump suit.
Either way, he looks pretty cool. Oh, they covered Blur again too.
Vampire Weekend played:
Diane Young
White Sky
Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa
Unbelievers
Holiday
Step
Finger Back
Horchata
Everlasting Arms
Cousins
California English
A-Punk
Boston (Ladies of Cambridge)
Ya Hey
Don't Lie
Song 2 (Blur cover)
Campus
Oxford Comma
Giving Up the Gun
Obvious Bicycle
Encore:
