London band play one of their biggest gigs yet
Tags: Years & Years
10 May, 2014: Years & Years are one of the most exciting new bands of 2014. Anyone who has caught their live shows or even heard single 'Real' will be well aware of this already. On Saturday night, the London-based band performed one of the biggest gigs of their career, and brought their brilliant soul-pop to a huge audience at Brighton's Corn Exchange at The Great Escape Festival. See 9 exclusive photos of their gig here.
Fronted by enigmatic singer/actor Olly Alexander, the band have recently signed to Polydor Records after a bidding war between major labels, all desperate to sign these hugely talented newcomers. The three-piece have a packed summer of festival shows ahead of them in 2014, and told Gigwise at TGE that fans would have to wait until early 2015 for their debut album. We're sure it will be worth the wait.
Their performance at The Great Escape was one of the standout shows of the weekend. See 9 stunning shots of the band's Coal Exchange gig here.
