The stars of 2005: Where are they now?

The biggest and most hyped bands from a decade ago - then and now

The Bravery - then: After winning the BBC's Sound Of 2005, the band had a very ugly public spat with The Killers, with Sam Endicott calling Brandon Flowers "a little girl" and "a kid in a wheelchair," also insisting, "We know we're going to be here for a long time."

2005 was a big year for music. It has also proven, a decade on (feeling old yet?), to be something of a mixed bag.

The winners of the BBC's Sound of 2005, for example, were The Bravery. They were barely even the Sound of 1 January, 2005. The winners of the Grammy for Best New Artist however, were Maroon 5. And, for better or worse, they're still at it today.
