Show saw special appearances from artists such as Alice Cooper
For his birthday, Dave Grohl wanted Alice Cooper to join him on stage to sing classic songs.
And his birthday wish came true. The last minute concert took place last night (10 January) and tickets were priced at $50 with a portion of profits going to three charities: Rock School Scholarship Fund, MusiCares and Sweet Relief.
Alice Cooper, performed two of his biggest hits, "I'm Eighteen" and "School's Out," which was just added to the Grammy Hall of Fame. There were other onstage rock legend guests that included David Lee Roth, Trombone Shorty, Joe Walsh, Perry Farrell, Zakk Wylde, Nick Oliveri, Slash, Jack Black and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D, and Paul Stanley.
