Years & Years, the ever-rising stars of electro-pop with their bright shimmering tunes, have dropped the video for their forthcoming single 'Shine'. Check it out below. 

The single will officially be released on 5 July, but now fans can view the video for the single below. In it, frontman Olly Alexander and his bandmates are trapped in a abandoned cabin in the woods, filled with ambient neon lighting and alien goings-on, a la Close Encounters. The slow-motion shattering lampshade is particularly cool.

The track itself is another glittering slice of masterfully merged electronica and R&B, as we've come to expect from the band. It makes up another track on Years & Years debut album 'Communion' which is set to be released on 10 July, via Polydor and is bound to be an absolute stunner and the soundtrack of your entire summer.

Years & Years have a pretty huge set of summer festival shows ahead including British Summer Time, Latitude, Reading & Leeds, Glastonbury, Wild Life, T In The Park and Ibiza Rocks.
