Legendary pop band Fleetwood Mac are planning a 2012 reunion tour, reveals the band's singer Stevie Nicks.
The singer was speaking to CBS News about the possibility of a reunion following the success of the last tour in 2009.
Nicks is currently in the middle of a solo North American tour, but told CBS: “It's likely to happen next year… It’s the plan. Because that’s what we do. I do my thing. And Lindsey [Buckingham]‘s out doing his thing now.”
It was thought that the group wouldn’t tour again, so the news will be welcomed by Fleetwood fans.
Nicks also spoke about the recent suicide of founding Fleetwood Mac member Bob Welch, saying she was shocked by the news.
Nicks said: “I can't even tell you what in the world would have pushed him to do something that crazy.”
