Put all thoughts of new bands and the BBC Sound of 2014 longlist out of your mind for one moment. At the end of a year that has seen some pretty monumental comebacks where legends returned and rising stars upped their game with astounding albums, it's time to look ahead to the big names who'll be returning next year.
From Metallica to the Manics, Brandon Flowers to The Black Keys, PJ Harvey to Prince and Sia to Slipknot - some pretty big names will be gracing your earholes once again in the next 12 months. It's pretty exciting.
Some of these have already been announced, some are all rumours, others are wild speculation and wishful thinking - but no matter what, all of these comebacks would be 2014 one hell of a year for music.
