South by South West is currently underway and it is as ever undeniably the coolest US festival when it comes to breaking new talent. Part industry showcase, part festival, the week of programming takes in music, film, art and much more, all packed into various venues across Austin, Texas.
This year as ever will see numerous bands from the UK and Ireland, head over the pond to impress American audiences and record label executives. Often playing numerous gigs in one day the schedule is certainly jam packed, so we thought we'd pick out a few of our (British) favourites who you should be checking out of the course of the week.
