70’s- Pink Moon (Nick Drake)
80’s- The Stone Roses (The Stone Roses)
90’s- Definitely Maybe (Oasis)

What inspired you to start a band?
I’ve always played music, but I started playing acoustic guitar and singing after listening to Jake Bugg’s first album. I started writing when I was 16, taking influence from Jake Bugg, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Oasis, The Stone Roses.
What's your favourite part of performing live?
Seeing peoples reactions to me and my music. I always get told I don’t look like I sound, which I’ll take as a compliment.
Tell us about your latest release.
My next single ‘Setting Sun’ came out on June 30 and follows up my debut single 'Life Goes On' which was produced by James Skelly and recorded in Parr Street Studios.
What do you have coming up?
