Before you hear them on the radio, telly, Hot New Bands; before they’ve got a manager or an agent; before you see them smashing the main stages, it's more than likely they'll have played or received early support from This Feeling.

In February, TF shared their annual big list of Ones to Watch in the world of indie music in 2022. Every week, you can meet a new artist that made it onto that list...

If you had to put your music in two genres, which would you choose?

Indie and Britpop.

What kind of stuff can you imagine your music being the soundtrack for?

An old Guy Ritchie or Tarantino film such as Lock Stock, we actually have an intro track called 'Hugo Stiglitz' after a character in Inglorious Basterds.

Tell us an older artist and a brand new artist that inspires you.

An older artist for us are The Stone Roses, a brand new artist we are into are The Reytons, seen them at The Riverside in Newcastle and can't wait to see them again.

What's the best part of playing live?

The best part for us is purely the crowds reaction, having fans bounce around and sing our tunes back to us is why we do this.

Tell us about your latest release.

Our latest release 'Save Me' is a tune we have had for a while but never got round to recording, the part which sticks out most for us is the chant after the last chorus, with the crowd continuing long after we'd stopped the first time playing it out.

What have you got coming up?

This year coming up we have the city tour with This Feeling, we will be playing September 17th at Sheffield  Sidney & Matilda, October 13th at Hull Dive, 14th at Warrington FC2 and 15th at London Water Rats. We will likely  close the year off with a massive home town gig again in Sunderland.

What other bands tipped by This Feeling this year do you like or looking forward to seeing?

We played with the lads in CRESSA at the Big in 2022 gig in Leeds this year and we thought they we class, hope to see them again soon.
