The Dresden Dolls

The Dresden Dolls have cancelled all of their European gigs scheduled for the end of this month, including appearances at this weekend’s Leeds and Reading festivals.

They were due to play at Leeds on Friday August 26, and Reading on Sunday August 28, but for an unknown reason drummer/guitarist Brian Viglione didn’t want to make the trek over to Europe. The band’s U.S fall tour is still going ahead at the moment.

Amanda Palmer, one half of the face-paint loving duo, will still be appearing at Edinburgh Corn Exchange tomorrow night as part of the Fringe Festival, and at Glasgow ABC2 on Thursday August 25.
