After months of speculation, international singer-songwriter and game-changer Billie Eilish has confirmed that she will be writing and recording the James Bond tune for new, forthcoming film No Time To Die. At eighteen, she is the youngest artist in history to do so.

No Time To Die, which is likely to be Daniel Craig's last turn as the international superspy, is released on 2 April in the UK and 10 April in the USA. No news yet on whether the tune will be titled to reflect the film, or will take a more leftfield tag like 'You Know My Name' for Casino Royale by Chris Cornell.
If her extraordinary 2019 album When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go is anything to go on though, we could have a real belter on our hands.
On the honour, Eilish and her producer/collaborator/brother said:
"It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way. To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I'm still in shock."
