Chatroom Trouble Shoot

If you're having problems, I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but the chat room aint one. However it might be a problem for you. Here are the most likely problems and their solutions. If you still can't log in, please contact support gigwise 'at' gigwise.com.

Why can't I choose my own username?
You must have a full Gigwise account to choose your own username for the chat area. Join with the minimum of fuss here.

My password won't work!

• For the chatroom log in you must use your username, not your email address.
• If you have forgot your password, or it just isn't working, then retrieve it here.
• If you're sure your password is correct, clear your cookies for Gigwise.com and try again
• You may be logged into the chatroom already in a different window, try logging out and then back in again with your username and password

I'm already logged in, why do I have to log in again?
The chat room software works seperately from the rest of the site, so to help the chatroom know that you're there you need to let it know by logging in again.
