Montage of Heck: The Home Recordings has been slated for a 13 November release, and is set to feature unreleased material from Kurt Cobain's private collection.

The highly anticipated soundtrack album will be entitled Montage of Heck: The Home Records will now be released on CD, cassette and digital formats on November 13th, 2015. A 2LP vinyl edition will follow on 4 December, along with a 7-inch single featuring “And I Love Her” and “Sappy (Early Demo)”.

The 31-track deluxe soundtrack showcases songs from the documentary, including spoken word, early recordings and full songs. The 13-track standard soundtrack features some of the music discovered on Cobain’s personal cassettes.

Brett Morgen uncovered a huge mass of previously unheard Kurt Cobain while preparing his rock-doc, Montage of Heck. This raw Beatles cover was among the tapes that Morgen trawled through prior to the film's release.
