Years & Years have announced details of a massive UK arena tour for the spring of next year, including a date at London's Wembley Arena. See ticket details below.

The band have enjoyed a phenomenal year, and kick off a long-sold-out UK headline tour tonight (9 October) in Birmingham. Next year though, they're going to step things up a notch in the form an arena tour.

They'll be graduating from Birmingham's O2 Academy to its Barclaycard Arena, and will also be playing dates at Manchester Apollo, Swindon's Oasis and, to close the tour, Wembley Arena on 8 April.
