One Direction frontman, Harry Styles has registered four solo tracks with ASCAP- the performing rights organisation in America, further fueling speculation that the band are on hiatus to launch their own solo careers.

Styles has registered the track names, ‘Coco’, Endlessly’, ‘Already Home’ and 5378 Miles, the latter causing the most interest among fans, with many speculating that the numeric title is the distance between the UK and Los Angeles.

One Direction went on hiatus after performing on the X Factor finale along with Adele and Coldplay on 13 December 2015, with many believing that the band have split to see if their solo careers take off individually. The hugely successful band have accumulated a net worth of £100,000,000 according to the April 2015 Sunday Times Rich List. Earlier this month Liam Payne unveiled his first solo song written for Irish boyband Home Town. Former bandmate Zayne Malik who was recently in trouble with Simon Cowell after calling One Direction’s music “generic as f***”, is currently working on an album after signing a deal with RCA Records. Malik is expected to release his first solo album in 2016.
