Usually, when musicians offer their microphone, mid-song, to an over-excited fan in the front row, it doesn't make for the most pleasant listen. Which is why what happened at Rihanna's show this weekend was even more extraordinary.
The singer was performing her Kanye West and Paul McCartney collaboration 'FourFiveSeconds' in Cincinnati when she knelt down at the front of the stage, and offered her microphone to a fan in the front row. His voice was so good that a look of alarm flashed across her face, before she offered it up again for him to sing the next line, before concluding, "Holy shit."
The fan has since been identified as Terah Stewart, who - it's probably fair to say - was fairly excited by the whole thing.
