Ahead of London show and EP release

Trampolene have shared their new single 'Beautiful Pain', taken from the upcoming EP of the same name. Listen on Gigwise below.

The track - which was premiered by Huw Stephens on his Radio 1 show last night - is a tugs on the heartstrings rocker, combining both the joy and pain of falling in love. Its delicate verse speaks of slowing down and giving in, before a sense of optimism kicks in as it builds to a fuzzy garage guitar chorus.

Aside from the title track, the upcoming EP includes songs 'She Sits With Me', 'Saving My Life in A + E' and a Smiths cover 'Please Please Please'.

The Swansea band recorded the new material at Ray Davies' Konk Studios in London, and was produced by guitarist Jack Jones and engineer Josh Green. Beautiful Pain marks their sixth release - with the band previously dropping five mini albums since 2014.

Following solid support slots with the likes of Catfish & The Bottlemen and The Libertines, Trampolene will hit the festival circuit - with appearances due at Glastonbury, Isle Of Wight Festival, TRNSMT and Reading & Leeds. Ahead of all that, the band will take to the stage tonight at London's Social.
