Best Halloween Ever

My Chemical Romance have announced that they will reform. Revealed on Halloween (when else?), the emo group share that they will play a reunion show in just over one month's time.

Having not performed together in seven years, MCR have finally announced their return - and on Halloween to boot. Their last album Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys was released way back in 2010, and in 2013, the New Jersey band split to worldwide devastation.

"Like Phantoms Forever", the band account tweeted this evening (31 October), along with a gig flyer announcing that they will play L.A.'s Shrine Expo Hall on Friday 20 December 2019.

Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Frank Iero and Ray Toro have not revealed whether new music will accompany their reunion, or even whether there will be future shows in the making. Perhaps this will be a one-off blow-out for the City of Angels only.

All four members have released solo material in the seven years since the split.

Tickets will go on sale tomorrow (1 November) at noon Pacific Time here
