Saint Motel have unveiled the 360 virtualizer for 'Slow Motion', meaning they are on course to complete the release of the world's first ever VR album.

As if touring and writing music wasn't keeping them busy enough, the sensational USA indie pop band spent the past few months crafting unique digital worlds for each track from the 2016 album Saintmotelevision, and the results are stunning.

The link below, which is the seventh of the series of ten, gives you an opportunity to click and drag on the video to move it and see the whole 360 graphi world, one distinct from every other clip released so far. The changing scenes reflect the band's movement, the constant moving constant culture change that comes with being a touring act.

This time, the viewer is transported to a rainy, dark street with cars buzzing past and in a shop window there is a cluster of televisions broadcasting film footage of the band slowly walking down a street.

The band, who made the clip themselves, call this virtualiser "a mix of visualiser, a lyric video ,a live performance video and unique 360 degree graphics all tied into a one." It's not a replacement for a music video but it lets your mind wonder with the album but in a VR setting

As for the track itself? It's an absolute beast of a synth-pop track, taking tasteful elements of 80s new wave and mixing it with their hunger and desire to push modern studio equipment to its absolute limits. It's somewhat like what might happen if Miike Snow got ahold of an Orchestral Manouveurs In The Dark song, which is ok by us.

Saint Motel are over in Europe now and are a highly renowned, entertaining live act. Check them out at one of the shows below
