BonoBono has teamed up with Alicia Keys to record a charity song raising money for African families infected with HIV and AIDs.

The song, ‘Don’t Give Up (Africa)’, is a cover of a Kate Bush and Peter Gabriel duet ‘Don’t Give Up’ originally recorded in 1986.

Bono and Alicia Keys’ version will be available to download exclusively from iTunes from Tuesday (December 6).

The pair originally sang the album together back in November at a fundraiser for the charity in New York.

As Yahoo reports, Keys said through a statement: “I love this song and I love Bono. I really respect what he has done for Africa and  how he has used fame to do good in the world. I hope I can do as much in my life.”
