The Enemy – ‘It’s Not OK’ (Stiff) Released 12/02/07

The Enemy are good because they just don’t seem to give a toss.  Their exciting music reflects the attitude of a band that just want to have fun and play some bloody good rock n’ roll while they’re at it.  Think of Oasis when they first started making music: cocky, unknown – but look at them now.  The very ‘British’ sound The Enemy make is brilliant and gives the music a realism not seen in so many UK bands that could easily be mistaken for any number of derivative acts across the pond. As anyone who has seen them will testify, The Enemy are awesome live, and judging by 'It's Not Ok', they are pretty damn good on record too.
