The Twang are being hailed (in some quarters, ed.) as the pioneers of nu baggy delia. Bollocks to all that defining and analysing, just listen to them. Mellow summer guitars with a lazy ease Shaun Ryder would be proud of. The Birmingham lads serve up lyrics that don’t try to be clever but simply tell it how it is, with no apologies for the regional tones. ‘Either way’ is a song that a million messed up pot heads and their lovers have lived. Beautifully honest. The years spent jamming between shifts at HP Sauce have come up trumps.
- Is this a joke! The Twang and four stars don’t belong together! Never have a band been heard by so many yet been so shit!
- Agreed, This song is fucking awful, just like the rest of their stuff
- I disagree totally. I think the song ’Either Way’ is great!
- The Twang are ****ing ace! take those four stars and stick them up your **** Bobby and Mike, you pair of ****s!
- Everyone has there own opinion, I heard this band and there ”Either Way” Track last night and downloaded it when I got in.
They are exactly what the blog says, a summer easy going band that even ”On the fence” Listeners like myslef who have no favourite bands but like good up beat high happy music can enjoy. This fits that mould and for that I rate this Song.......I didnt say the band. I’m sure the idiots who write they are crap listne to bands who have produced
