Throughout November we've seen the headliners announced one-by-one with Guns 'N' Roses, Ozzy Osbourne and Avenged Sevenfold taking the top spots. GNR's Saturday night headline slot will mark the first UK festival appearance for the band after two years of extensive touring. And Ozzy is headlining the festival with his solo band for the first time in his career.

Joining them now are the likes of Marilyn Manson, Parkway Drive, Rise Against, Body Count feat. Ice T, and The Hives. See the festival poster below.

Marilyn Manson is yet to give a statement about his slot, however, the festival claim they're "proud" to have him. And so should they be.

Manson is synonymous with Download, and likely to have one of the biggest turn outs of the weekend. It'll be a chance to see material from his tenth studio album live. Manson also tours the UK in December.

Parkway Drive, however, had more time on their hands and added a few words for the press: "“Parkway Drive are super stoked to be returning to Download for 2018. It's always a highlight for us to play Download and this time around we're aiming to top it all. We can't wait!”

Other comments from a few of the bands announced shared similar sentiment.
