More about:

Jane Weaver is to hit the road later this month and in November for a unique solo tour that will see her re-working material from her celebrated albums The Silver Globe and Modern Kosmology.

The eight-date Loops In The Secret Society tour is set to call in at Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol, Brighton and Nottingham will be the first time Jane’s audio-visual re-workings of her last two albums have been seen live.

Her first solo tour in five years, it will see her play with melodic codes, vocal treatments, cinematic motifs and drum drones via her unique AV setup. Which sounds pretty damn good to us, not least as she’s consistently proved herself as one of the most interesting artists of the past few years or so. Rooted in psychedelia, Weaver effortlessly adds in a pop sensibility that gives her music an inclusive edge that’s seen her deliver stand-out sets at festivals such as the Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia and Green Man.

Support comes from Mia La Metta (Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leeds, London, Brighton and Nottingham) and Paper Dollhouse (Manchester and London).
