Debuted on BBCR1 last night as Annie Mac’s ‘Hottest Record’, Grennan has laid himself bare on his epically reflective and honest new track 'This Is The Place', featuring his signature powerful vocal and soaring choruses.

‘This Is The Place’ is a raw narrative of lost love, with Tom explaining: “This song is about finding a place of complete calm and escaping utter chaos and carnage. My happy place, my go to place! Whether it’s on my own or with the person I love. The song documents the kind of journey I go on to get there, and one that I would make any time of the day to reach a serene and cleansing state of mind.”

This is the first new material he’s released since his 2018 debut, which made it into the Top 5 and saw him sell out Brixton Academy. On Friday, expect to see the accompanying music video flash up on your screens - shot in South Africa, it’s a cinematic accomplishment.

The live sensation Tom Grennan is back and ready to tackle another decade - currently working on his second album, this new single heralds in an ambitious year for the singer songwriter.

You can catch him live on February 19 at London’s Bush Hall for BRITs Week for War Child.
