More about: Sophie Hunger
Alt Swiss star Sophie Hunger has released another single from her Dan Carey sessions at Abbey Road studios. 'Everything Is Good' is part of a new album titled Halluzinationen, out in August on Caroline International.
Upbeat but offbeat and off-kilter, 'Everything Is Good' is pop, but with a good old twist of originiality. Indie and alt in its composition of drunken instruments and video game parallels, Hunger's new one is a saccharine iteration of previous releases: bold, biting and insouciant.
Want to feel like you're riding a helter skelter with ambiguous intentions? Give this one a listen:
'Everything Is Good' announces Hunger's second album with Dan Carey in two years: Molecules - featuring hits 'Silver Lane' and 'I Opened A Bar' - landed in 2018.
The new single's name is taken from a David Shrigley piece that Hunger owns: three thumbs characteristic of the sardonic illustrator adorn the design.
Halluzinationen arrives 28 August via Caroline international/Supermoon
