More about:

The new Haim album is shaping up to be something marvellous. 'Don't Wanna' - the latest single from forthcoming Women In Music Pt. III - is another lovely, optimistic slice of country-tinged guitar pop.

'Don't Wanna' revisits the Americana of debut smash-hit album Days Are Gone but incorporates the years of songwriting skill the Haim sisters have acrued since then.

Supple and buttery, the single slips through head-bopping movements that remind us, once again, of Shania Twain at her hair-shaking best.

Hear it:

"This song rolled off the tongue", Haim say of its creation, "it's sexy, flirty and hopeful".

Women in Music Pt. III will be Haim's first album since 2017's Something To Tell You. They released the beautiful 'Summer Girl' last year, easily reminding everyone why they're one of the most consistent bands on the scene.

Women in Music Pt. III arrives 26 June via Universal
