More about: The Smashing Pumpkins
The Smashing Pumpkins continue to tease their forthcoming new 20-track album Cyr with two further tracks. 'Confessions Of A Dopamine Addict' and 'Wrath' are both excellent, emotive Pumpkins tunes, giving us hope that the new full-length offering is going to be something special.

While 'Confessions Of A Dopamine Addict' twitches with anxious synth and Gothic setting, 'Wrath' enjoys more of a new wave influence, breezing through Billy Corgan's storytelling with stylish opulence.
Considering that the Pumpkins' latest record Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1/LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun. was "strong, short and sweet", it's quite the treat to hear there's such a bulky project coming next.
With twenty tracks that will also include recent releases 'Cyr' and 'The Colour Of Love', we're hoping for a new opus from the Chicago heavyweights.
Cyr arrives 27 November via Sumerian Records.
