Ghostpoet has shared a brand new track today: the opener for a digital re-issue of this year's spectacular I Grow Tired But Dare Not Fall Asleep. 'Bruised Fruit' is track one on the reissue, which is out today.

Like the rest of I Grow Tired But Dare Not Fall Asleep, 'Bruised Fruit' simmers with an unnamable horror: the sense that the peace inferred by gentle keys is merely a quiet moment amid a terrifying tumult.

The original release of the album - which is his fifth long play - we called "his darkest and most subtle album to date...important beyond its sphere." It featured at number 31 on our 51 Best Albums of 2020.
