Off the back of his new signing, Al-Samman makes it imperative that he is true to himself with deep, connected lyricism and tales of friendship and identity. 

 

The theatrical debut twists influences from the likes of Spring King, MGMT and Father John Misty to create an eccentric sound that is laced with reverbs and quirky synths  which burst with energy. 

Speaking on the track, Ziyad commented: “I was reflecting on a troubled friendship that was once strong and the chords spoke to me. Through the song I’ve learned to be sensitive and respectful, expressing my love in new ways without being overwhelmed or pushing them further way.”
