More about:

Modern Woman are back today with the follow up from their debut single ‘Offerings’ in June. ‘Juniper’ marks the announcement of their debut EP, Dogs Fighting In My Dream, coming 17 September on End Of The Road Records, the recently launched label tied to the beloved festival.

The mixture of folk sounds, DIY percussion and sparse electric guitar create something truly magical and otherworldly. This experimentalism defies what we know about folk and indie, yet remains accessible and irresistible for any listener. Singer Sophie Harris spoke about this delicate balance in the band’s music, saying “It was important to me to keep the tenderness and lyricism of folk music but blend this with heavier and weirder experimental elements.”
