More about:

Orlando Weeks has today announced his sophomore solo album: Hop Up will arrive on 14 January. You can catch him on tour in spring.

The Maccabees' singer has given fans another taste of his second solo project after releasing 'Deep Down, Way Out' last month. ‘Look Who’s There’ presents Weeks’ powerful voice surrounded by airy synths and even-tempered beats.

Speaking on the album, Orlando said: It started with the idea of wanting to fill in some of the blanks that I felt I had left with ‘A Quickening’, but quite quickly it turned into something broader. The choice was always to take the more positive and uplifting sounding step. Perhaps it shouldn’t have, but as an approach it felt surprisingly novel to me.”
