What do you get when you mix a live avalanche, a blazing bullwhip and seriously bold bass? DEBBY FRIDAY is here to answer that age-old question with her new single ‘FOCUS’ and its excellent new music video.

Friday’s vocals exude pure confidence, like a supernatural Fiona Apple streaked with musical influences from across the spectrum. The final result is effortlessly cool and the song’s accompanying visuals add even more energy to the song. Contrasting freezing landscapes with flashes of flame in her whip choreography, ‘FOCUS’ proves that DEBBY FRIDAY’s visual prowess is just as great as her unique musical style.

Here’s what she said about the new track:

"I wrote this song in 2019, when I first started thinking about writing an album and the possibility of pursuing my creative passions as my career was making itself known to me. I kept debating with myself, 'do I want this? or do I not want this?'  It's a heavy question. The video also speaks to this. The whole process was like undergoing some sort of fire baptism. It was difficult and chaotic and supernatural. I felt like I was the mountain, cracking open and spilling forth."
