More about: Fontaines-D.C.
Fontaines D.C. have announced their new album Skinty Fia. Following swiftly on the heels of 2020's A Hero's Death and their 2019 debut Dogrel, this will be the Irish post-punk band's third full-length release.

'Jackie Down The Line' is the first taste of Skinty Fia—and what a taste it is. Here we see Fontaines D.C. in their prime, spinning the moody post-punk they're well known for with a calling, crooning melody that calls The Stone Roses to mind.
Working again with producer and Speedy Wunderground don Dan Carey, Skinty Fia will be delivered into our waiting hands in April, a ten-track LP whose title loosely translates from Irish into “the damnation of the deer”. You can see this symbolism in the album artwork below.
Irishness and the Irish identity will reportedly loom large on Skinty Fia.
