Australian psych-rockers Psychedelic Porn Crumpets have announced their fifth studio album Night Gnomes. Due for April on their usual label Marathon (and What Reality?), the record will feature 'Bubblegum Infinity' and 'Dread and Butter', both of which are out today.

There's a Francis Bourgeois-style Go-Pro video matched with 'Bubblegum Infinity', which is by far an away the most 'pop' Porn Crumpets release we can think of. Britpop vibes abound! Pavement inspirations too!

"I think there's mixed opinions of this song in the group but I'm sticking by it. I like its pop sensibility and melancholy notions," songwriter Jack McEwan said of the track. "Go easy on us, metal fans."

'Lava Lamp Pisco', which is also already out, will feature on Night Gnomes too.
