Red Hot Chili Peppers, who will play an enormous outdoor show in the UK alongside Thundercat and Anderson .Paak this summer, have announced a new album titled Unlimited Love.

'Black Summer' introduces the album, and it's a single on which you can hear all of the layers within it loud and clear. Reportedly, this is the first record featuring guitarist John Frusciante since 2006 and the first with producer Rick Rubin since 2011.

"We yearn to shine a light in the world, to uplift, connect, and bring people together. Each of the songs on our new album UNLIMITED LOVE, is a facet of us, reflecting our view of the universe," the band said in a touching and very L.A. statement.
