MØ shows no signs of slowing down after releasing Motordrome at the beginning of the year as she shares her new single ‘True Romance’. This time around, she’s combining her usual synth-pop sound with a grungier edge as she finally releases this long-time live favourite.

‘True Romance’ dazzles with its catchy melodies with a chorus that you won’t forget in a hurry. The performance in the accompanying video really leans into this rock-oriented direction and teases a new direction for MØ. ‘True Romance’ has been a long time coming, she explains:

“True Romance was a song that I first started writing back in 2015. I got too busy during that time, so the song never came together but I'm grateful that some of my sweet fans wouldn't let it go, because I'm so happy with the final version even though it took some years to come together.”

MØ will appear at festivals across Europe this summer including Tinderbox, Mad Cool and Flow Festival. She is also set for Corona Capital Festival in Mexico this November.
