Open Audtions For Notorious BIG Biopic

Auditions have opened for the lead role in a Notorious BIG movie biopic.

Producer Wayne Barrow said that Oscar winner Forrest Whitaker was originally in the running for the role, but was discounted because he is 46-years-old. Biggie was just 24 when he was murdered in Los Angeles in 1997.

Actors are being urged to send their audition tapes to Foxlight Studios by the end of play on Sunday.

Barrow – who was also Biggie’s manager – said of the auditions: "We thought it would be best to open it up to the world and give somebody the opportunity to step into his shoes and fulfil their own American dream."

We reckon MacKenzie Crook would be perfect for the role…
