Mark Ronson has said that Amy Winehouse is “psyched” about receiving six nominations for the 50th Grammy Awards.
Winehouse was second to only Kanye West – who picked up eight nods - when the nominations were revealed last week.
Ronson, who produced Winehouse’s second album ‘Back To Black,’ added that for Winehouse “it means something to be acknowledged.”
Ronson admitted, however, that he is worried about the singer - who recently cancelled all her remaining tour and personal commitments for 2007, reports ITN.
"I worry about her like I worry about any friend that's obviously in a bit over their head as far as going through that adoration, all that stuff, so quickly," he said.
"But she's smart and when I met her she'd just gone through a really tough time and she came right out of that and that's why we came out with the ‘Rehab’ record, so I think she's going to be fine."
